Paul Felder: “He brings this sh** on himself” - Paul Felder rips into Dillon Danis for role in UFC 322 brawl

Michael Bisping and Paul Felder sat down to discuss the fallout from UFC 322. The pair were on Bisping’s podcast, and one of the major talking points was the brawl that took place on Saturday.

Dillon Danis and Islam Makhachev’s teams were involved in a scrap before the start of the UFC 322 main card. Danis was on the receiving end of several hits, most notably from ‘Wild Chanco’ Magomed Zaynukov.

However, Felder had no sympathy for Danis. The UFC analyst and commentator slammed the American for his role in the fight:

“He brings this sh** on himself, like, why are you there? You know people just want to punch you in the face and he lives for this kind of attention. You got it, you got your a** handed to you.”

Bisping highlighted that he spoke to Danis after the fight and how the American was unfiltered. The former UFC champion claimed that Danis was taking shots at Khabib Nurmagomedov, Makhachev and Ali Abdelaziz and even played an NSFW AI clip of Makhachev and Abdelziz.

Felder then cut in and shared how the AI clip led to more problems for Danis.

“You are talking about dedicated Muslims. You know what that’s gonna do when they see that kind of stuff. You are gonna get punched.”

Dana White bans Dillon Danis from future UFC events

UFC president Dana White spoke to the media about the UFC brawl and took some of the blame for the incident.

White was briefing the media after UFC 322 and confirmed he knew that Dillon Danis was moving around and stirring trouble:

“I blame myself for that, actually. They came back and told me right before I walked out for the main card that Dillon Danis was here and he was moving around sitting in fighter seats and not sitting in his own seat, that he had, he had a ticket.”

White allowed Danis to remain in the arena since he had a ticket. However, the UFC president took the step to ban Danis from future events:

“You will never see Dillon Danis at the UFC fight again... You will never see him in another fight.”

White had the opportunity to press charges and get Danis arrested but the UFC president chose not to:

“They called me downstairs and they said ‘We got him, do you want to press charges and have him arrested?’ And I said ‘No, I don’t want to press charges.’ This is the fight business man, you know how I feel about this sh**. I could have prevented this tonight and I messed up.”
