Japanese striker Nadaka Yoshinari is gunning for a ONE world title in his next match. He is approaching it with dogged determination, looking to take his ONE Championship campaign to a whole new level.The 24-year-old Eiwa Sports Gym standout will vie for the inaugural ONE atomweight Muay Thai world title at ONE 173: Superbon vs. Noiri on Nov. 16 at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan. He, however, is not underestimating Numsurin ahead of their title clash at ONE 173.He underscored this during the press conference for ONE 173 in Tokyo in September, sharing that he is aware of what his opponent is capable of and is bracing for a tough battle come fight night.The 10-time Muay Thai world champion said:"About my opponent, I actually saw him fighting in Lumpinee back in August. I think I've seen him victorious, of course, but he had a little bit of a struggle in the first round. I saw him, with a very strong mind and a strong fighting style.” Nadaka is one of three Japanese fighters seeing action in world title matches at ONE 173. The others are interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Masaaki Noiri in the headlining unification match against reigning featherweight king Superbon, and flyweight MMA world champion Yuya Wakamatsu, who will defend his belt against strawweight champion Joshua Pacio.
