ONE bantamweight MMA world champion βWonder Boyβ Fabricio Andrade spent a lot of time working on his game since the last time he was in the ONE Championship ring.
This means countless hours spent in the gym at Tiger Muay Thai. But more importantly, some time spent at home in Fortaleza, Brazil, honing his craft. This time back in familiar territory, Andrade says, has made him a more capable fighter.
βWonder Boyβ talked to South China Morning Post and gave an update on what he has learned from his time back home:
βI see that my distance management got way better because we worked a lot on distance, and now I feel like I can manage it more and that makes me more dangerous because it's harder to take somebody down when that person doesnβt get the distance they want. You got to shoot from far away and you cannot get to the leg so fast.β
