During a recent online interview with the South China Morning Post, the 28-year-old Brazilian addressed speculation about tension with Haggerty, whom he shared the Circle with when they clashed for the vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title at ONE Fight Night 16 in November 2023.

"No, it's all good, man. I met him in Bangkok before my fight. His brother was also fighting on the card, and then he came, and he talked to me. It was all good, you know. We don't have a problem with each other," Fabricio Andrade shared.

Just three months later, 'The General', who then held the bantamweight Muay Thai and bantamweight kickboxing throne, went on to defend his Muay Thai strap against Andrade's Tiger Muay Thai teammate Felipe Lobo.

While there was palpable tension between Haggerty and Lobo throughout fight week, 'Wonder Boy' declared that Lobo doesn't typically hold grudges against anyone once a fight is over.

"Lobo and him, I don't know. But Lobo is also chill, man. He's relaxed," Andrade continued.

Though Andrade and Haggerty have continued trading words online on a rematch, either in kickboxing or MMA, the pair of world-class martial artists clearly hold no animosity toward one another.

Haggerty was scheduled to return to action at ONE 173 in Tokyo, Japan, to face ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nabil Anane. However, the Englishman was forced to withdraw from the fight due to a serious injury.

As for the Brazilian knockout machine, he is set for his comeback fight in the main event of ONE Fight Night 38.
