"No, I'm not interested in a rematch with Ramadan Ondash. I am waiting for my title shot," Aliff Sor Dechapan declared.

Aliff Sor Dechapan left no doubt why he deserves a shot at Prajanchai's crown

The former SEA Games gold medalist for Malaysia has eliminated every obstacle between himself and championship gold since August last year. His five-fight winning streak and improved 62-9 record prove systematic progression toward this exact moment.

Ondash represented the final hurdle before Prajanchai, and Aliff Sor Dechapan cleared it convincingly.

Prajanchai—with his 344 career victories and technical mastery—operates at a completely different level, though.

The PK Saenchai Muaythaigym product has defended his title against world-class strikers who brought every advantage Ondash possessed.
