In a clip posted to his Instagram account, Pereira can be seen standing in front of the Colosseum in Rome. The Colosseum is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and used to host gladiatorial battles and other events.

Pereira performed his trademark octagon walk and was asked by Nina-Marie Daniele who he wanted to fight next.

The Brazilian responded with a name, location and then ended it with his signature phrase:

Poatan’ also called out Jones to fight at heavyweight after UFC 321 where Tom Aspinall’s first UFC heavyweight title defense ended in a no-contest due to an eye poke.

"I'd like to fight Alex Pereira at the White House. I feel like he's incredibly respectful. I feel like he's a household name in America and in MMA. Everybody knows who he is. He's a champion. He's in the conversation to be one of the greatest fighters of all time. It would be a blockbuster event. I think the whole world would come out."

The American also explained how this fight would be great for both athletes and the sport:

"I beat many Brazilians over the course of my life. Either way that fight was to go, no one loses in that fight. It generates so many millions for the sport. There is just no losing when you have such high-level people competing, who respect each other."
