Durov spoke about his fitness regime while on the Lex Fridman Podcast. The Russian claimed that he would do 300 squats and 300 pushups daily. The billionaire also said he would then hit the gym five to six times a week and spend between one and two hours per day in the gym.

Durov added that he would start his day with squats and pushups. It was more self-discipline than expecting a change in his body. The Russian said that he would also take ice baths since it was “another exercise in self-discipline.”
