I had told it before as well, I will tell it now too, we will not disappoint our fans. Time will tell who will win. The way the players have performed, it was natural for me to get emotional. The experienced trio of Vijay, Bharat, and Shubham Shinde got us till here. Specially, Vijay, you would have seen how he runs the team. Our past record was not that great," he said during the post-match press conference.

"Captain Vijay has played a massive role in Bharat's performance. He always supports him. Bharat works hard, but if there is a captain who supports him, there is no looking back. It is a great duo and both are doing very well."

"I want to thank all the boys in the team" - Patna Pirates' Head Coach after defeat against Telugu Titans
Patna Pirates' campaign this season came to an end after their defeat against Telugu Titans. Their eight-match winning streak ended as well. However, it was an incredible turnaround for the Pirates.
They were at the bottom of the table and won five consecutive games to qualify for the Playoffs. Further, they won three back-to-back matches in the Playoffs before finally crashing out in the third Eliminator. Head Coach Randeep Dalal thanked the team for their efforts. He also praised Navdeep and Ayan in particular for their consistent performances through the season.
"Our team played very well. Navdeep was our best corner. He is a young guy and he made the most impact. He has been very good for us, Ayan is our top raider. His performance was outstanding throughout the tournament. I want to thank all the boys in the team. There was a lot of load playing so many back-to-back matches, and they maintained fitness," he said.
Ayan amassed 316 raid points from 22 games with 16 Super 10s. Navdeep ended with 73 tackle points, including six High 5s.
