Chennai Super Warriors continue to reign supreme at the helm of the Indian Pickleball League 2025 points table. The Warriors thrashed the Capital Warriors Gurgaon on the third day of the competition to take their tally to nine tie points and 14 match points after three ties.
Chennai completed a hat-trick of wins in the tournament by defeating the Gurgaon-based franchise by 5-1. Gurgaon are fourth in the standings, having earned three tie points and seven match points from three ties so far.
Hyderabad Royals have moved up to the second position in the Indian Pickleball League 2025 points table by defeating the Lucknow Leopards by 5-1. Hyderabad have earned six tie points and 11 match points from three ties.
The Leopards continue to be in the Top 3 of the standings despite the loss against the Hyderabad Royals. The Lucknow-based franchise have four tie points and nine match points to their name from three ties.
Mumbai Smashers slip to the 6th position in the Indian Pickleball League 2025 points table
Mumbai Smashers had a golden opportunity to move into the Top 4 of the standings on December 3. However, they ended up losing a close battle against the Bengaluru Blasters to slip from the fifth to sixth position in the standings.
The Smashers and the Blasters were tied at 2-2 after four matches, but the Blasters won the Grand Rally by 21-20 to sneak away with a win. The Blasters now hold the fifth position in the points table, with three tie points and seven match points.
Mumbai are sixth in the standings with only one tie point and six match points. The Mumbai-based franchise will be keen to register their maiden outright win of IPBL 2025 when they take on the Hyderabad Royals in their fourth tie on December 4. The game will begin at 6.30pm IST.
