GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC has finally been released. It brings in mansions, a property that fans have been asking for ever since the game was released. Mansions are feature-packed, luxurious properties constructed by the Prix Luxury Real Estate and are now the most expensive assets that players can purchase.

An argument can be made that the best mansion in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills is the Richman Villa. Here's why.

What Richman Villa offers above Tongva and Vinewood mansions

Richman Villa is located near Miguel Madrazo's mansion, in the Richman area. It is the closest one to Los Santos and offers a stunning view of the city skyline, especially from the pool and hot tub area.

The location and view are two of the main reasons why the Richman Villa can be considered the best among the three. Players can quickly access the city and also head north from the western highway soon after getting out of their mansions.

The reasons why it is better than Vinewood Residence is that the latter's view from the outside is not the best. Players will often see a large hill when they are near the pool area, and will only be able to see the Vinewood Bowl and the eastern hills. On the other hand, Richman Villa offers a wide view of the city itself. In Vinewood Residence's favor, if players want a new and unique exterior layout, this mansion might be the best for them.

The reasons why it is better than the Tongva Estate is that the latter is too far away from the city, where most players will have businesses and other activities. Additionally, this is the same mansion that Devin Weston owned in GTA 5. Hence, those who have played the story mode several times might not be too keen to purchase the same mansion they have seen so many times. Of course, if players want a secluded abode with a stunning view of the sea, the Tongva Estate might be the best one for them.

As mentioned before, the Richman Villa is located beside Miguel Madrazo's mansion and is the closest and most connected to the city. Its prime location makes it the most expensive mansion in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills, costing $12,800,000. Those who completed the New Listings mansions prologue missions will receive a $2,000,000 discount, after which the Richman Mansion comes down to $10,800,000.
