The 1 minute video features new mansions, new vehicles, new missions, and most importantly, Michael De Santa. The Grand Theft Auto 5 protagonist is finally making an appearance in Grand Theft Auto Online, along with his wife Amanda. We've also got a brief glimpse at some of the surprisingly unique features you'll get with the mansions, and some other quirks about the DLC itself. So, here's a detailed analysis of the GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills trailer, exploring the mansions, the characters, the new cars, the release date, and more.GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills trailer: Everything to knowThe first thing to note is that A Safehouse in the Hills DLC for GTA Online arrives on December 10, 2025. This is a day later than expected, as Rockstar's title updates for Grand Theft Auto Online usually arrive on Tuesdays, which in this case is December 9. The timings haven't been revealed yet, but if we're to go by past updates, it could be released at around 2 AM PT / 5 AM ET.Now, the video starts with a shot of one of the new mansions, particularly the one at Ace Jones Drive Overlook. This was already revealed as one of the mansion locations with the release of the New Listings missions, as the whole area seemed to be under construction, with Prix Luxury Estates overseeing the work. We can see that the mansion will have a swimming pool, a hot tub, a yoga area, a helipad, an outdoor space for hosting parties, and even dogs as pets.Michael is finally getting his own DLC in GTA Online (Image via Rockstar Games)The very next scene reveals Michael De Santa and his wife Amanda, welcoming the GTA Online protagonist, which will probably happen as soon as you buy a mansion. Michael seems to have aged a bit, as expected, with a slightly shorter hairline and greying hair. Meanwhile, Amanda has dyed her hair blonde. The video then reveals that you'll get an AI concierge named Haviland who will:"...support you in business, and personal matters."During this sequence, Rockstar reveals that mansion owners will get a personal vault, an armory, a massive garage, and even an arcade (only if you already own an Arcade property). The chaotic montage that follows is undoubtedly taken from the various missions that are expected to be included with this DLC. Michael is featured prominently during these scenes, and there's also a completely new character. We also get to see huge police pursuits across both land and sea, along with driverless vehicles and the new sports cars. The driverless car seems to be a Robotaxi variant of the Karin Vivanite. Meanwhile, there's a new version of the Vapid FMJ that looks like the Ford GT Mk IV, a car based on the BMW E39, another car that appears to be based on iconic the Ferrari Daytona, and a new electric Pfister which is similar in appearance to the Porsche Mission X.Check out more related content:How to get Aquarius yacht for free in GTA OnlineAll cash bonuses and offers you can make use of before Mansions DLCHow to link Discord account and get $500k rewardA Superyacht Life missions offers 5x bonuses
