How to complete KnoWay Out mission 3 Tunnel Vision in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills update

GTA Online's A Safehouse in the Hills DLC introduces one new mission series called KnoWay Out. This storyline features a driverless taxi company called KnoWay which is secretly run by the FIB to collect information on citizens. You'll be attempting to bring this company down through espionage and sabotage. Tunnel Vision is the third KnoWay Out mission where you get in the LS Transit light rail and ambush a train inside a tunnel.

Here's a detailed guide that will help you complete Tunnel Vision in GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills DLC, complete with screenshots and instructions.

KnoWay Out mission 3 Tunnel Vision walkthrough for GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills

The story continues right after Inside Job, and the mission begins when you contact Avi Schwartzman at a payphone yet again. Here's the list of objectives the game throws at you during this mission:

Go to LSIA terminal 4 station.
Go to Platform 1.
Board the KnoWay train.
Hack the controls to start the train.
Wait for the train to reach the ambush point.
Wait for the target's train to arrive.
Take out the target.
Steal the briefcase.
Deliver the briefcase to Avi's dead drop.

Enter the light rail station under the airport

You can take the van provided by Avi or use your own vehicle (Image via Sportskeeda || Rockstar Games)

You'll start the mission right next to where you're supposed to enter – the LSIA terminal 4 station. Just drive over to the indicated terminal and enter the platform on foot.

The LSIA terminal is usually open for business but during the course of this mission, the announcer lets you know that it's closed and there aren't any trains available. You're also advised to leave, although you're not exactly here to board a regular train.

There will be a few KnoWay guards here but it's almost too easy to clear the area without alerting any of them.

Most of the KnoWay guards here will be looking the other way. So you can pick them all off individually.

Board the train

Once the coast is clear, hop on to the train at the platform.

You'll have to hack the controls to get the vehicle moving.

As you can see from the above screenshot, this hacking mini-game is nothing new. If you've played some of the previous GTA Online heists before, you'll already be familiar with how it works. Match the number mentioned above by connecting the right numbers to the right symbol.

It's mostly guesswork, but it isn't too challenging. In fact, most of the hacking minigames in GTA Online's A Safehouse in the Hills has been repeated from older heists.

Kill the target and grab his briefcase

The train will start moving and take you to the center of the tunnel. Hop off and take cover, as your target will be arriving by another train on the same line. Kill the target along with his guards, and board the train to grab his briefcase.

This section is straightforward, but keep in mind that a few KnoWay guards will attack you the moment you grab the briefcase.

Extract to Avi's dead drop

Avi will let you know that he has stashed some motorbikes nearby. You can grab one of these and keep driving along the tunnel. However, be aware that the tunnel will be crawling with KnoWay mercs and like any other GTA Online NPC, their accuracy is akin to hackers using aimbots.

If your health runs too low, it's best to hop off the motorcycle and use some snacks/armor from the radial menu.

You're not in the clear even when you escape the tunnel, as KnoWay mercenaries will start pursuing you with their vehicles.

Just like the last two missions, you'll end Tunnel Vision at Avi's dead drop, where you'll get the money from the trunk of the Felon GT parked there.
