We've got a fresh new GTA Online weekly update, and Rockstar is seemingly teasing the upcoming mansions DLC with it. There are some new rewards of course, including a free car and an executive office. There's double and triple rewards on some jobs, and some new jobs as well.
The New Listings series of missions seem to be tied to the upcoming DLC, as evidenced by Rockstar's latest newswire post:
"In preparation for their arrival on the Los Santos luxury property scene, Prix Luxury Real Estate is rolling out their new VIP program to welcome upwardly mobile homeowners into the elite."
So, if you simply play the game any time before December 7, 2025, you'll get a free Ubermacht Revolter and some clothing items. Rockstar has also revealed that Prix Luxury Real Estate will have some listings available for sale, which could only mean one thing – purchasable mansions.

The VIP Program for Prix Real Estate is very likely in preparation for the much-awaited Mansions DLC for GTA Online. So, if you do want to grab yourself a mansion in December, it's best to complete all the New Listings Missions as soon as possible to get that $2 million discount.
If Rockstar is willing to give this big of a discount, it's clear that the properties are going to be expensive. They're also giving away a free Übermacht Revolter, which isn't something you see every week.
