All new and returning characters in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills

Rockstar Games recently revealed a bunch of new details about GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC. This update brings mansions, which will be loaded with luxurious amenities and upgrades. From swimming pools to gym equipment, mansions will be loaded for players to enjoy. Rockstar also released a trailer where we see various new and returning characters in GTA Online. Most notably, we see Michael finally appearing in the game.

Here are details about every confirmed new and returning character in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills.

Note: These characters are the only ones Rockstar Games confirmed for the DLC. There might be more returning or new characters in the update, which we might discover when the actual update drops.

Every new and returning character currently confirmed for GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills

Michael De Santa - New character

First and most important new character in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills is Michael De Santa. Ever since the multiplayer game was released in October 2013, fans have eagerly waited for the character to return. Before every single DLC, rumors and speculations about Michael being a part of it have sparked and died down.

This time, Rockstar Games finally decided to add the popular protagonist from GTA 5 in one of the last GTA Online DLCs before GTA 6's release.

He was recently revealed in the DLC trailer, where he comes and congratulates the player for owning a mansion, then gets involved in a series of missions. We also see Michael in action where he breaks the mansion TV on which the new AI is running, and also holding a rifle.

Amanda De Santa - New character

Along with Michael, we also see his wife, Amanda De Santa. She is briefly shown where she greets the player who purchases the mansion in GTA Online. She also looks visibly older, but has a new look with blonde hair.

Apart from this, she does not get mentioned or appear in the rest of the trailer. There are strong chances that we hear more from her when the actual DLC drops.

Prix Luxury AI Concierge - New character

When players purchase a mansion in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills, they will also get a personal AI assistant from Prix Luxury Real Estate. According to Rockstar, players will be able to choose from three different AI personalities and voices.

Since the AI assistant has been mentioned and featured heavily in the DLC details, it can be counted as a new in-game character as well.

Avi Schwartzman - Returning character

Finally, we also see Avi Shwartzman in the Mansions DLC trailer. He is the only returning character we currently know about. Avi is a professional hacker who used to work with Lester Crest. He first appeared in GTA Online with the original heists, specifically in the Pacific Standard - Signal mission.

He then returns in Diamond Casino Heist. He gets unlocked as a hacker for the heist if we successfully destroy 50 signal jammers around the city.

Lastly, he arrives with the Los Santos Tuners DLC, where he gives a contract mission to the players through KDJ and Sassanta. The mission is about robbing Don Percival, the CEO of Merryweather Security.

In GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills, we do not see much of Avi, apart from him and the player's character being on a boat, searching for something.
