All GTA Online cash bonuses and offers you can make use of before Mansions DLC

GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC is set to release on December 9, 2025. This update will bring mansions for you to purchase. Though not much has been revealed about these properties, fans have always wanted them in the game. Before the update, Rockstar added several bonuses and offers for you to earn as much money as possible to spend on mansions.

Here are some of the cash bonuses and offers worth grabbing before the GTA Online Mansions DLC.

New Listings is are series of prologue missions where you help the new Prix Luxury Real Estate company to construct mansions. These were introduced a few weeks ago to promote and hype up the new properties.

If you complete all three of these missions, you will get $1,000,000 cash reward, along with individual payouts for each of the three missions. Furthermore, you will also get a future discount of $2,000,000 on mansions when they arrive. Lastly, the New Listings missions offer double cash and RP for each mission as well.

These missions and their rewards are only available till December 7, 2025, after which Rockstar will remove them and prepare for the update.

Rockstar Games also offered a massive cash and RP boost to the yacht missions. A Superyacht Life missions have a 5x cash and RP bonus before the GTA Online Mansions DLC.

Approximately, you earn up to $100,000 by completing all these missions on a normal day. But with a 5x bonus applied, they can get around $500,000. The payout can vary depending on the difficulty chosen, your level, the time you take, etc. This is a massive payout, especially when considering the size of the missions. Veteran players might be able to complete these missions within an hour.

There is also a weekly challenge connected with these missions. If you complete three A Superyacht Life missions this week, you will receive $100,000 and a Vibrant Check Smoking Jacket.

FIB Priority File

The FIB Priority File - Fine Arts is also getting a massive cash and RP boost before the GTA Online Mansions DLC. It will get a 4x cash and RP bonus, which means that you can easily earn around $1,200,000 from it. It is insanely lucrative because doing an FIB Files mission usually takes around half an hour to complete.

Community Combat Series

Every single Community Combat series mode is also getting a 3x cash and RP bonus before the Mansions DLC. This is a fun branch of the community series where you can fight with other players in game modes like deathmatches, team deathmatches, king of the hill, survivals, etc.
