Phil Mickelson suggests fans a ‘$500 wine with a $65-80 price tag’ in ‘random tweet’

Phil Mickelson shared a random tweet on his social media handle suggesting fans about a beverage. While having a good time away from the field these days, the American golfer is pretty active on his social media handle.

On Thursday, he shared a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account where he boasts around 958.6K followers. He suggested that fans buy Austin Hope, which is worth around $500 with a tag of $65-80. He called it “exquisite” in the caption.

"Random tweet. You go to the grocery store and while there, you want to buy a great wine but don’t want to add another stop. Try Austin Hope. It’s a $500 wine with a $65-80 price tag. Not the cheapest but it’s exquisite," Mickelson wrote.

Phil Mickelson is enjoying a break from golf after his amazing season on the LIV Golf in 2025. He started his campaign at the Adelaide event after missing his season opener event in Riyadh. He was tied for 23rd place and next in the Hong Kong event, settling in solo third place.

Mickelson again caught the attention while playing at the Miami event when he settled in solo sixth place, then was tied for fourth in Jeddah.

On Thursday, Jerome Powell shared a post on his X (Twitter) account in which he talked about the sudden decrease in the DoorDash demand. Powell wrote:

"DoorDash down 20% after everyone realized a $27 cheeseburger costs $6 at the store"

Phil Mickelson replied with a hilarious message in the comments section. He wrote:

"I’ve been out of town and haven’t been able to use my favorite app. I felt I was the one driving its growth and it’s just been confirmed"
