During the conference, he was asked if there is a problem that a list of American golfers, such as Bryson DeChambeau, does not play on the PGA Tour. In response, Rolapp said:

"I think Bryson is a star, is an amazing golfer. He is also amazing off the golf course. The bulk of his consumption where people see him is on YouTube, they don't see him on TV cuz the other league doesn't really draw a lot of viewers."

DeChambeau is one of the earliest joiners of LIV Golf, and since joining the Saudi league, he has become more active on social media. Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, and Bubba Watson are other top-ranked American golfers who play on LIV Golf. In addition to that, the series also features some big golfers such as Jon Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton, Sergio Garcia, Cameron Smith, and others.

His channel has witnessed tremendous growth in the last two years. Last year, DeChambeau started a new “Break 50” golf series, which became very popular on the internet. He even collaborated with U.S. President Donald Trump last year for the Break 50 challenge.

Earlier this year at the 2025 US Open press conference, he opened up about his YouTube journey.

“Well, first off, I said, you can be yourself,” DeChambeau said (via Golf.com). “You have that creative control to be yourself, and I think that’s what’s so beautiful about it. You hire the right team around you that understands you, and it frees you up to be yourself, one. I said, two, you can do the content that you want to do. Anything you want to do, you can do it.”

Meanwhile, this season on LIV Golf, Bryson DeChambeau has an impressive outing. He started his campaign in Riyadh with a solid T6 finish. He then played at the Adelaide event, where he settled in the T18 position.

Some of his other notable finishes from this season include his solo fifth-place finish at the Miami event, T2 at the Mexico City event, and T9 in Dallas. He last played in the Saudi league at the Indianapolis event and settled in T14 place. DeChambeau is currently having a good time away from the field, enjoying an off-season.
