Min Woo Lee has arrived in Brisbane for the 2025 BMW Australian PGA Championship, looking to finish his season strongly at a venue that has already given him big success. The Australian is back at Royal Queensland Golf Club, where he won in 2023, and is hoping to lift another trophy on familiar ground.

On November 26, Min Woo Lee shared a short clip from the course ahead of this week’s event. He paired the video with the song “You Were Right” by Rüfüs Du Sol and wrote:

“ Down under for the last two of 25’ 🦘🇦🇺 @bmwau“

His most recent DP World Tour win came at the same venue two years ago. He shot rounds of 64, 66, 66 and 68 to finish at 20 under. The victory was one of his three career wins on the DP World Tour.

Min Woo Lee enters the tournament with a steady run of results behind him. He finished T11 at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, added a T5 at the French Open and posted a T10 at the PGA Tour’s co-sanctioned Baycurrent Classic in Japan.

Min Woo Lee also spoke about the challenges he faced earlier this year after winning the Houston Open. He said the quick turnaround of major events made it tough for him to stay focused on the right things.

"I just didn't reset, didn't write my goals. I felt like I was on a high … but golf is so quick. You win, take a week off and The Masters is right there, and then you want to win that tournament and the next one," Min Woo Lee said of his Houston Open aftermath.

After his Houston win, Min Woo Lee finished T49 at The Masters and then missed the next three major cuts. On the PGA Tour, he played 19 events, made 14 cuts and recorded two top 10 finishes, ending the year as World No. 46.
