LIV Golf confirms 2026 Team Championship venue with new title partner

LIV Golf has confirmed that Michigan will return as the host of the season-ending Team Championship. The announcement was made in an official statement released on Thursday, December 18.

The LIV Golf Michigan Team Championship will take place at Saint John's Resort in Plymouth from August 27–30, 2026. Aramco will be the title sponsor for the season-ending championship.

LIV's Executive Vice President, Ross Hallett, said that the team competition was core to the league and that St. John's Resort was a fantastic host in the debut.

"We’re looking forward to working with the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation and the incredible team at Saint John’s Resort to build on the momentum from a successful 2025 finale as we set our sights on an exciting 2026 season ahead," he said as per LIV Golf's official statement.

This year, the same venue hosted the season finale, where Legion XIII GC successfully retained their Team Championship title. The Jon Rahm-led team beat Bryson DeChambeau's Crushers GC in the finals.

LIV's 2026 season will begin with a Promotions event, where professionals will look to secure a coveted spot in the Saudi-backed circuit. The main season will begin in February with the Riyadh event.
