Lexi Thompson styles in navy blue dress during gala outing with fiance

Lexi Thompson glammed up in a new, stylish look for her weekend outing. The American golfer offered glimpses of her outing in a post on Instagram. She shared two pictures of herself posing in a navy blue body-fit dress.

She styled her look with minimal jewelry and brown heels. She kept her hair open and shared the post with a three-word caption.

"It’s gala time," she wrote.

Lexi Thompson is enjoying some time away from the greens following her last outing at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. She had announced her semi-retirement from the sport and now only plays in limited tournaments.

This season on the LPGA Tour, she has played in 11 tournaments and made the cut in eight of them. She started her campaign at the Founders Cup, where she played four rounds of 69, 69, 67, and 70 to settle for a T13 finish. She then recorded a T38 finish at the Ford Championship. However, she missed the cut at the JM Eagle LA Championship and then finished T14 at The Chevron Championship.

Thompson also recorded some notable finishes, such as tying for fourth at the Meijer LPGA Classic and finishing solo second at the Dow Championship.

Lexi Thompson gears up to play at Grant Thornton Invitational 2025

Lexi Thompson will next play at the Grant Thornton Invitational, a mixed-team event. The event is scheduled to take place from December 12 to 14 at the Tiburón Golf Club in Naples. It will feature 16 teams of players from the LPGA Tour and the PGA Tour.

Thompson will tee off in a team with Wyndham Clark. In addition to her, the tournament will also feature Jessica Korda, Lydia Ko, Charley Hull, and Rose Zhang, among others.
