LeBron James may be enjoying his time on the golf course, but Oakmont Country Club is one place he is happy to stay away from. The NBA star recently shared his reaction after watching a video featuring the famously difficult course and made it clear he has no plans to tee it up there.James, who has taken up golf during the NBA offseason, posted his thoughts on X on December 18 after watching an episode of The Major Cut, a popular YouTube golf series. Known for its extremely fast greens, deep bunkers, and demanding layout, the course has tested the best players in the game for decades. Earlier this year, Oakmont hosted the 125th U.S. Open, where J.J. Spaun won his first major title. Spaun was the only player in the field to finish under par, showing just how challenging the conditions were.Even though Oakmont is not on his list, LeBron James has continued to spend time on the golf course.
