Jena Sims shares a funny take on marriage
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims recently had a fun date night at an NBA game and Sims couldn’t resist sharing a funny insight on marriage. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model shared a reel explaining how she and Koepka balance their sports loyalties. While she’s a die-hard Miami Heat fan, Koepka roots for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. Sims joked that choosing the Heat game was their way of “compromising.”
"Marriage is all about compromise. He prefers Panthers games while I prefer the Miami Heat...So we go to heat games,” she said.
She added to the joke in her caption:
“Compromise? Never heard of her 😜😉 jk jk”
The couple caught the Heat’s 27-point win over the Charlotte Hornets at the Kaseya Center, proving that even a little friendly rivalry can make date night more fun.
Beyond her personal life, Sims is also keeping busy on the professional front. After a two-year break, she returned with a new SI Swimsuit feature shot on the beaches of Bermuda. She worked with photographer Ben Watts, known for his work with Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Vanity Fair, and modeled four different swimsuits on the island.
Watts gave credit to the makeup and styling team as well as SI Swimsuit editors in his Instagram post. This marks Jena Sims’ second shoot with SI Swimsuit, after her 2024 Mexico shoot with photographer Yu Tsai.
