Following the third round of the Hero World Challenge 2025, Sepp Straka took the 54-hole lead. He fired an 8-under 64 in the third round to finish at 17-under, posting a one-stroke lead over Scottie Scheffler.
The final round of the Hero World Challenge 2025 will begin on Sunday, December 7 at 10:46 am ET with Jordan Spieth and Chris Gotterup starting from the first tee. The leaders' group, featuring Sepp Straka and Scottie Scheffler, will start from the first tee at 12:25 pm ET.
While Straka is looking for his third win of the year, Scheffler is eyeing to retain the title for the third straight year. The purse size of the Hero World Challenge is $5 million, and the winner will receive $1 million.
Besides Scheffler and Spieth, Alex Noren and Hideki Matsuyama are also in contention at Albany. The duo is three strokes off the lead and will look to close the gap on the final day.
