Justin Lower didn't have a happy ending at the RSM Classic 2025, as he lost his PGA Tour card after missing the cut. Following his disappointing finish to the season, the 36-year-old golfer couldn't hold back his tears while speaking.On Friday, November 21, Lower carded a 2-under 68 in the second round of the RSM Classic to aggregate at 5-under. He entered the event 114th in the FedEx Fall standings and will slip to 118th after missing the cut by two strokes.During the post-round interview, Justin Lower found it tough controlling his emotions."I went to an NAIA school," he said. "I lost my dad and brother when I was 15. For me to get four years out here, I don't know what to say really. I mean, I love it out here. I love it here. I love everyone out here, I love everyone involved with the Tour."Are there some people who piss me off? Yes, absolutely, there are. Are there some things that piss me off? There are. I'm human, I don't know what else to do, but God, I am just so mad right now. Like, if I could just have somehow turned it around this year but I obviously couldn't. This game is just really hard. I don't know what to do, I don't know what to say.
