The BR Play-Ins of the Free Fire Max Asia Invitational (FFMAI) 2025 kicked off on December 5. Teams from Groups B and C played their first six matches of the stage. Thailand's Avida showcased its dominance, securing 135 points, two Booyahs, and 83 eliminations to top the overall standings.

Indonesia's Kagedra was the second‑best team, bagging 98 points, one Booyah, and 68 eliminations. Nepal's GB impressed with its gameplay, finishing third with 94 points and two consecutive Booyahs.

The FFMAI 2025 features teams from across Asia competing for a total prize pool of $50,000. 18 teams are participating in the Play-Ins. Eight have been directly invited to the Main Event, while 10 from the Play-Ins will advance to join them.

  7. Reckoning Esports - 68 points

  10. Revenant Spark - 54 points
  11. Fangs - 41 points
  12. Reflex United - 36 points

India's Meta Ninza claimed fourth place with 74 points and one Booyah. The team bagged 47 eliminations and 27 placement points. Nightmare followed in the fifth position with 74 points and 44 eliminations.

Bangladesh's Red Cliff finished sixth with 71 points and 37 eliminations across six matches. India's Reckoning secured the seventh spot with 68 points and 34 eliminations.

Head Hunters, also from India, had an average start, finishing eighth with 65 points and 42 eliminations. Nepal's Rising Gods faced challenges too and ended the day in ninth place with 55 points.

Revenant XSpark had a mediocre run, placing 10th with 54 points and 34 eliminations from six matches. Bangladesh's Fangs and Reflex United occupied the bottom two positions with 41 and 36 points, respectively.

Teams from Groups A and B will face each other in six matches on Day 2. Fans can catch all the action live on the Free Fire Max Esports India Official YouTube channel from 5:30 pm IST onwards.
