French rapper Oreslan has responded to Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe's comments regarding his ownership of Caen. Mbappe recently reacted to Orelsan slamming him and his family in his song 'La Petite Voix'.
The feud between Mbappe and Orselan started after Orselan released his new album 'La Fuite en Avant'. In a track from the album 'La Petite Voix', the rapper’s fictitious evil twin criticized everyone and hit out at Mbappe's family. The lyric said:
"Yeah, you’re going to sink your city like the Mbappes."
Kylian Mbappe hit out at the rapper after the song's release and took to social media. The Real Madrid superstar posted on X:
“You’re welcome to come and save the city you love so much. PS: The guy kept begging us to get in with 1% without paying because he’s broke.”
Now, Orselan has responded to Mbappe's social media post and insisted that he does not want to react to it impulsively. The rapper told France 3 Normandie, as quoted by GOAL:
"I'm not talking about it right now; I prefer to think about it rather than react impulsively. I prefer to save my answers for when I've thought them through, in a more appropriate setting."
Kylian Mbappe bought an 80% stake in Caen days after his dream move to Real Madrid in 2024. He invested €20 million through his firm, but a poor campaign saw the club being relegated from Ligue 2.
Kylian Mbappe responds when asked if he can surpass Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid
Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe has responded when asked if he could surpass Cristiano Ronaldo's legacy at the club. Mbappe joined Los Blancos in the summer of 2024 from PSG and won the Pichichi Trophy and the European Golden Shoe in his first season.
In an event where he was presented the latter award, Mbappe was asked whether he could go on to overtake Cristiano Ronaldo's achievements. The French striker responded, as quoted by Madrid Xtra on X:
"I don't know how to answer that question. Everyone knows that Cristiano is the benchmark in Madrid, the number one. I've been here for a year and a half, and he was here for nine years. I can't compare myself to what he did, my path is different. I want to forge my own path, but being mentioned alongside Cristiano is already an honor. But I'm only focused on forging my own path, helping the team, and winning every title possible."
Kylian Mbappe has scored 62 goals and provided seven assists in 75 appearances for Real Madrid so far. Ronaldo, on the other hand, is the club's highest scorer of all time with 450 goals in 438 games.
