Cristiano Ronaldo tells fans ‘best caption wins’ when sharing bicycle kick goal video, MrBeast responds with comment

MrBeast has responded to Cristiano Ronaldo's post on social media after he scored a bicycle kick on Sunday, November 23. It came in Al-Nassr's 4-1 win over Al-Khaleej in the Saudi Pro League at Al-Awwal Park.

Joao Felix gave Al-Nassr the lead in the 39th minute against Al-Khaleej before Wesley added another three minutes later. Murad Al-Hawsawi scored for the visitors in the 47th minute before Sadio Mane added another for the Knights of Njad. Dimitrios Kourbelis was then sent off in the first minute of stoppage time for Al-Khaleej.

Five minutes later, Cristiano Ronaldo scored an outrageous bicycle kick via a cross from Nawaf Al-Boushail to complete the scoring. After the game, he shared a video of the goal on his X (formerly Twitter) account with the caption:

"Best caption wins!"

MrBeast commented on it with a goat emoji, used to denote the acronym GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).

With this goal, Cristiano Ronaldo has now reached the 954-mark. He is the all-time top goalscorer in men's football and is edging towards becoming the first to reach the 1000-mark.

The 40-year-old has scored 11 goals and provided two assists in 12 games across competitions for Al-Nassr this season.

The GOAT debate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi has been going on for almost two decades now. Many fans, pundits, and players have made their pick between the two. MrBeast, whose real name is James Stephen Donaldson, once revealed that one of his friends hailed Messi as the GOAT.

MrBeast and Ronaldo collaborated on YouTube last year after the latter released a YouTube channel in August. One collaboration video was titled, 'How many goalkeepers does it take to stop Ronaldo?' In it, the Portuguese superstar had to take penalties, and with each goal, one goalkeeper was added.

During the video, MrBeast pointed to a friend named Nolan and said:

"Nolan says he doesn't like you, he thinks you're not the GOAT. Nolan's the guy on the end over there, he thinks Messi's better! He calls it soccer and he said Messi's the GOAT."

Ronaldo responded:

"Who said Messi's better than me? (He bursts into laughter)"

MrBeast and Cristiano Ronaldo also had an interview, during which the latter spoke about his longevity. He also revealed that his children thought MrBeast was a "better" YouTuber than him.
