Hazard made up his mind about transfer

Eden Hazard has kept some of the big clubs in Europe in limbo for a while now, about his preferred destination for next season.

Looks like Eden has made up his mind, as he tweeted earlier today:

“Good afternoon guys, I made up my mind. See you later. Thanks.”

Reports claim that he’ll announce his final decision later today, and he left Belgium’s squad to have a medical with Chelsea.
