The Ataturk Olympic Stadium plays host to the 2025-26 Turkish Super Cup final as Galatasaray and Fenerbahce go head-to-head on Saturday. The Intercontinental Derby is arguably the biggest game in Turkey and we expect both sides to go all out as they look to claim silverware as well as bragging rights.
Galatasaray cruised through the Turkish Super Cup semi-finals on Monday as they thrashed Trabzonspor 4-1 when the two sides squared off at the Gaziantep Stadium.
This was in keeping with their fine run of results in the Super Lig, where Okan Buruk’s men have picked up four wins and one draw from their last five games to sit three points clear at the top of the table.
Galatasaray are one win away from clinching a record-extending 18th Turkish Super Lig title triumph and their first crown since 2023.
Fenerbahce, meanwhile, have won the Turkish Super Cup on nine occasions, with their most recent title triumph coming in 2014, when they edged out rivals Galatasaray on penalties in the final.
Domenico Tedesco’s men turned in a solid team display in the final on Tuesday when they edged out Samsunspor 2-0 courtesy of goals from Kerem Akturkoglu and Jhon Duran.
Fenerbahce head into Saturday’s final on a run of four wins from their last five matches across all competitions, a run which has seen them rise into second place in the Super Lig table.

Galatasaray vs Fenerbahce Prediction
Given the stakes of Sunday’s game, we expect Galatasaray and Fenerbahce to leave everything on the line at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium as they both look to clinch the cup crown.
Galatasaray will be without star forward Victor Osimhen, who is currently on duty with Nigeria at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, but they boast a superior squad on paper and we are backing them to come away with a narrow victory.
Prediction: Galatasaray 2-1 Fenerbahce
