Action continues in the UEFA Europa Conference League as Aberdeen play host to FC Noah at the Pittodrie Stadium on Thursday. Jimmy Thelin’s men head into the midweek tie as one of just nine sides without a win in the European competition and will be looking to end this poor run of results.
Topi Keskinen’s first-half strike proved enough to fire Aberdeen to a 1-0 victory over Hearts in their Scottish Premiership clash at the Pittodrie Stadium on Sunday.
Head coach Thelin will hope their league victory can serve as a catalyst for an upturn in form in the Conference League, where his side have failed to win their three matches, claiming one point from a possible nine to sit 33rd in the table.
Aberdeen kicked off their Conference League campaign with back-to-back defeats against Shakhtar Donetsk and AEK Athens, conceding nine goals and scoring twice, before playing out a goalless draw with AEK Larnaca on November 6.
Meanwhile, Noah picked up four points from their first two games on the continental scene, seeing off Rijeka 1-0 in October’s group opener before playing out a 1-1 draw with Universitatea Craiova.
However, Sandro Perkovic’s men were sent crashing back down to earth on November 6, when they suffered a 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Czech outfit Sigma Olomouc.
Noah, who played out a 2-2 draw with Alashkert in the Armenian top flight last weekend, currently sit 17th in the Conference League table but could move level on seven points with fourth-placed AEK Larnaca with a win on Thursday.

Aberdeen vs FC Noah Prediction
While Aberdeen will be looking to get up and running in the Conference League, they will need to be at their best on Thursday, given their recent struggles on home turf.
Noah have had a decent start to the campaign, but the Scottish outfit boast a slightly superior squad on paper, and we fancy them to come out on top here.
