Mornye is one of the new playable characters in Wuthering Waves 3.0. She is a 5-star Fusion Resonator that uses a Broadblade, and her abilities have been leaked. According to the beta leaks, Mornye is expected to be a support healer that can amplify DMG and has the new Tune Rupture mechanism in her kit.

Resonance Skill

Mornye's Resonance Skill has two versions:

• Resonance Skill - Expectation Error: Heals all nearby Resonators and enters a temporary parry window. Upon a successful parry, performs a counterattack on the target and clears the remaining cooldown of Resonance Skill – Expectation Error.
• Resonance Skill - Distributed Array: While in Wide Area Observation Mode, Resonance Skill is replaced with Resonance Skill - Distributed Array. Heal all party members and deal Fusion DMG.

Deal Fusion DMG. Mornye's excessive Energy Regen increases this skill's Crit. Rate and Crit. DMG. Casting this skill generates a High Syntony Field.

High Syntony Field has the following properties:

• Lasts for 25s.
• Continuously restores HP for the active unit.
• All party members have increased Off-Tune Level Buildup Rate.
• All party members have enhanced DEF, Off-Tune Buildup Rate, and resistance to interruption.

Forte Circuit

Here's a brief description of Mornye's Forte in Wuthering Waves:

Baseline Mode

• While in her default Baseline Mode, Mornye gains Rest Mass Energy.

Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift

• When Rest Mass Energy is full, Heavy Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift.
• Consume all Rest Mass Energy to cast Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift, dealing Fusion DMGas Heavy Attack DMG. Afterward, shift into Wide Area Observation Mode.

Wide Area Observation Mode

• Wide Area Observation Mode lasts for 30s.
• Upon entering Wide Area Observation Mode, Mornye generates a Syntony Field.
• While in Wide Area Observation Mode, Mornye gains Relative Momentum.

Syntony Field

• Syntony Field lasts for 25s.
• Deal Fusion DMG when Syntony Field is generated.
• Continuously restores HP for all party members.
• Increases the Off-Tune Level Buildup Rate of all party members.
• Enhances the resistance to interruption of all active units.

Heavy Attack - Inversion

• When Relative Momentum is full, Heavy Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack - Inversion.
• Consume all Relative Momentum to cast Heavy Attack - Inversion, dealing Fusion DMG as Heavy Attack DMG and inflicting Observation Marker upon the target for 30s.

Observation Marker

When a party member deals Tune Break DMG to a target with Observation Marker, and that target is also affected by Tune Rupture - Interfered or Tune Strain - Interfered, Mornye inflicts an Interfered Marker lasting 8s.

Interfered Marker

Targets with Interfered Marker take increased damage from all party members.

Visual Field

When a Resonator defeats a target with Observation Marker or Interfered Marker, Mornye inflicts Observation Mark on the target hit whenever a party member deals damage.

Tune Rupture Response - Particle Jet

Mornye deals Fusion DMG to a single target. This is considered Tune Rupture DMG.

Forte Gauge

While in Baseline Mode, Mornye gains Rest Mass Energy when performing certain skills. While in Wide Area Observation Mode, Mornye gains Relative Momentum when performing certain skills.
