Wuthering Waves 2.8 maintenance start and end time

Wuthering Waves 2.8 will be released on November 20, 2025, and Kuro Games has announced the maintenance schedule for the new update. As always, it will last seven hours, and players will not be able to log into the game while the servers are down. Rovers will also be compensated with Astrites and Crysal Solvents, which can be collected from the in-game mail.

Dear Rover, To bring you exciting new content and a better gaming experience, we will soon be conducting the update maintenance for Version 2.8: To the City Set in Amber. During the maintenance, you will be unable to log in to the game, so please plan your time accordingly.

The update maintenance for Wuthering Waves 2.8 will begin on November 20, at 4 am (UTC+8), and will last until November 20, 11 am (UTC+8). The servers will be offline during this period, and Rovers won't be able to play the game, so it is recommended to complete any unfinished tasks beforehand.

Here's the WuWa 28 update maintenance starting and ending time across different time zones:

America (November 19, 2025)

• Pacific Standard Time: 12 PM to 7 PM
• Mountain Standard Time: 1 PM to 8 PM
• Central Standard Time: 2 PM to 9 PM
• Eastern Standard Time: 3 PM to 10 PM

Europe (November 19 - 20, 2025)

• Western European Time: 8 AM to 3 AM
• Central European Time: 9 AM to 4 PM
• Eastern European Time: 10 AM to 5 PM

Asia & SEA (November 20, 2025)

• India Standard Time: 1:30 AM to 8:30 AM
• Philippine Time: 4 AM to 11 AM
• Japan Standard Time: 5 AM to 12 PM
• Korea Standard Time: 5 AM to 12 PM

As mentioned, the maintenance will last seven hours, and all the players will receive Astrites and Crystal Solvents as compensation from the developers. Rovers can collect them from their in-game mailbox once the new version is live.

Version 2.8 pre-load

The pre-load for version 2.8 will be available on November 18, 2025, at 10 am (UTC+8). The download size for PC is 20 GB, but it is recommended to have at least 30 GB of free storage. The pre-download will not begin if you don't have enough storage space.

To start the pre-download, Rovers can open their launcher to find a new download option near the Start button. Select it to start the download. Rovers can play the game while the pre-downloading process is ongoing on the PC launcher, and this can be stopped at any time.
