There are multiple ways to obtain a Weapon Skill in Where Winds Meet. One of them is to obtain Keys by completing certain quests, clearing Outposts, or opening chests. After getting a Key, you can unlock dungeons around the map and challenge them. To clear a dungeon, you must make your way to the boss without getting spotted by the mobs and steal the Skill from the boss by playing a mini-game.

Another method to get new Weapon Skills is to learn them by joining a Sect. Each Sect gives you a different skill, so depending on what skill you want, you can join the Sect that offers that skill and learn it. It is relatively faster and easier than finding keys and challenging dungeons. Alternatively, you can also sneak into a Sect's secret base and steal their skills.
