Where Winds Meet walkthrough: How to complete Streetwise Sage quest

Streetwise Sage is one of the Jianghu Legacy quests that you can find in Kaifeng in Where Winds Meet. During the quest, you meet a founding member of the Nine Mortal Ways Sect and ask him to teach you his secret of martial arts, but he tells you to infiltrate a courier station and gather intel from the Khitan envoys. Completing the quest will give you Echo Jades, Medicinal Tales, and other in-game rewards.

Teleport to the Fairgrounds in Kaifeng City and head west to find Xue Chou. Speak with him and ask him about the secret of martial arts to start the Streetwise Sage quest in Where Winds Meet.

Sneak into the courier station and gather the intel

After the cutscene, you must sneak into the courier station and steal a letter. You must use the leaping points on the roofs to eavesdrop on the NPCs without getting noticed. If you get caught, you'll have to repeat the objective.

Leap to the next roof and follow the quest marker to eavesdrop on the NPC's conversation through the window.

Venture further and gather intel

Leap back to the roof and eavesdrop on the two NPCs near the lanterns.

Find a way inside

Use the wall on your left to get to the next roof and crouch to pass through the small hole to enter the attic.

Gather intel from the maids and steal the object on the table using Celestial Seize

Listen to the maid before using Celestial Seize to steal the Compass.

Eavesdrop on He Luben's sleep talk and steal the "treasure" using Celestia Seize

Eavesdrop on He Luben from another hole and use Celestial Seize to steal the Embroidered Handkerchief.

Eavesdrop on the Khitan nobles in the main hall and steal the secret letter using Celestia Seize

Finally, eavesdrop on the Khitan nobles before stealing the secret letter.

Leave the courier station

Return to the attic window and leave the courier system. This will trigger a cutscene, and a Nine Mortal Ways disciple will steal the letter from you.

Pursue the thief

You must follow the prompts on the screen and press the correct buttons within the time limit to chase after the thief.

Defeat the thief and retrieve the secret letter

Defeat the Nine Mortal Ways disciple to retrieve the secret letter. This will trigger a cutscene and complete the Streetwise Sage quest in Where Winds Meet. As a reward for completing the quest, you'll get the following items:

Echo Jade x20
Enlightenment Point x100
Character EXP x7000
