Where Winds Meet Walkthrough: How to complete Palace of Annals Campaign quest (Lucky Seventeen boss)

Palace of Annals is a Campaign quest in Where Winds Meet. You can do this quest in the location of the same name. Completing it will give you a bunch of rewards, such as Oscillating Jade, Coins, and Echo Jade. Furthermore, it will unlock the Lucky Seventeen boss.

Go to the Hall of Seasons in the Palace of Annals in Moonveil Mountain, Qinghe. Enter the house on the mountain and use the stairs to get to the second floor to find a hole on the other side of the room. You can also find a few chests on this floor, including the one outside the room.

Jump into the hole to get to the first floor and use your landing skill to break the floor gap. Next, interact with the lamp to find a hidden passage and defeat the mob.

Follow the sound downward

Go deeper into the tunnel and defeat all the enemies until you reach the lift area. Next, activate the lever to call the lift and use it to go down. Note that several enemies will spawn on the way down, so be careful.

Go straight to enter another room and defeat the enemies. Next, use the door on the right to enter a tunnel where you will find two contraptions that control the lift and activate both of them.

Follow the sound to the next level

Return to the lift and use it to go to the next level to find another room with a few enemies. Defeat the mobs and use the entrance on the other side of the room.

Defeat frenzied Lucky Seventeen

Once you exit the tunnel, you'll find yourself in a boss area where you'll need to fight Lucky Seventeen. The fight has two phases. The first is pretty easy, but Lucky Seventeen becomes more aggressive in the second phase and can deal a significant amount of damage.

Defeat Lucky Seventeen and speak to him before collecting the glowing item inside the dragon's mouth. This will complete the Palace of Annals Campaign quest in Where Winds Meet.
