You should already be going out of your way to learn other weapon styles anyway, to increase your fighting repertoire.

How to complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 1 in Where Winds Meet

To easily complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 1 in Where Winds Meet, head to the location above, and speak to Xing Ping’an. Take either the Starfall Spring or Northern Vow Ruins Boundary Stones, and speak to the boy you find. He’ll want you to use the Strike of Awe Martial Arts Skill (Nameless Sword).
Do so, and he’ll be very impressed with your style. However, it’s not enough! He will task you with unlocking the Lone Cloud’s Strategic Sword next, and then seek him out again. That means if you want to progress, you need to head down to the Back Mountain Boundary Stone area, and do some stealthing around.
You will definitely need to gain access to Touch of Death skill from the Echoes of Old Battles side quest before going any further.
How to complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 2 in Where Winds Meet

You can go and learn Strategic Sword anytime you please, and we also have a guide for that. Head down, steal the skill, and return to Xing Ping’an in Qinghe, near the General’s Shrine. You can see the location in the image above.
Use the Inner Track Slash to complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 2 in Where Winds Meet. Next, he’ll want you to learn Stormbreaker Spear, and then, you will be ready to meet with Xing Ping’an for the final step of Little Master’s Legacy.
How to complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 3 in Where Winds Meet

You should already have access to Stormbreaker Spear, thankfully. You unlock it after reach level 3 in-game, and check your mail. While it’s been said Little Master’s Legacy Part 3 can show up in a variety of locations in Qinghe, I triggered it in the exact same way another player did. Equip your Stormbreaker Spear and fast travel to Northern Vow Ruins and defeat the enemy pack at the location on the map above.
After I did this, the Little Master’s Legacy Part 3 encounter popped up on my screen in Where Winds Meet. Just track it and run to chat with Xing Ping’an nearby. He’ll ask if you’ve mastered Stormbreaker Spear, and if yes, use the Storm Roar skill in front of him.
How to complete Little Master’s Legacy Part 4 in Where Winds Meet

Little Master’s Legacy Part 4 is on the tricky side, but here’s what we did to trigger it. We read that you must defeat all four camps around the Northern Vow ruins, roughly at the locations on the map above. However, you may only need to complete the fourth ruin, which has been circled in the image above. That one had a stronger spear-and-shield enemy, and when defeated, the encounter updated.
Climb up on the nearby cliff where the Villager spawned, who will inform you he was sent by Xing Ping’an. You’ll then receive your rewards, including the Peace Spear, which is a Tier 59 weapon (requires 30 Constitution to equip). With that, you’ve completed this lengthy encounter in Where Winds Meet.
