Teleport to Twinbeast Ridge using the Deerforage Grove Boundary Stone and head northwest to find an NPC named Iron Hammer Wang. Speak with him to start the Forged Tales quest in Where Winds Meet.

Buy hammer to hear a story

Buy an hammer from him to hear a story. The small hammer costs 80 Coins, while the big hammer costs 40 Coins.

Buy another hammer to hear another story

The NPC will ask you to buy another hammer to tell you another story. Keep buying from him until your character has had enough. Next, you have to defeat Iron Hammer Wang and teach him a lesson.

Feed Iron Hammer's cat

Use the Boundary Stone in Stonewash Strand and follow the quest marker to find Iron Hammer's cat. Next, put a fish in the bowl to feed the cat. If you don't have a fish, go north and talk to the NPC named Chu Shuiyang to start fishing.
