Go to Hopewell Academy and talk to the NPC near the burning building to start the Feast of Leaves Volume I quest in Where Winds Meet.

Investigate the fire and ask the arguing couple

Entering the quest area will automatically start a cutscene. Once it ends, speak with the arguing couple.

Listen to the neighbors' gossip

Eavesdrop on the shady figure on the top of the stairs and speak with him. Next, go to Tianjin Dock and advance the in-game time to Wu Hour next day.

Talk to the foreman and go to work with the others

Join the group of the NPCs at the dock and follow them to the restaurant.

Enter the restaurant to investigate the anomalies. Once that is done, exit the building and examine the body.

Follow the yellow paper trails to find the mourners and observe the situation inside carefully

After the cutscene, follow the yellow paper trails until you reach another restaurant to find a group of NPCs gossiping. Observe them through the window before entering the building to eavesdrop on their conversation.

Confront the crowd and defeat them

Interact with the crowd and fight them outside the restaurant.

Parade Lu San'er on horseback and tell Zhang Ankang what you saw

After defeating the crowd, you'll take Lu San'er on horseback and report everything to Zhang Ankang.

During the cutscene, you will enter the detective mode, and you must link all the clues to reveal Lu San'er's plot.

Every connection was used to lure others into this.
Everything happened to gather people at noon.

What did Lu San'er and his people want?

The regulars all came.
The diner must be brought down before it can be seized.

Finally, submit all the clues and ask about the feast's origin. This will trigger a cutscene and complete the Feast of Leaves Volume I quest in Where Winds Meet. As a reward, you will get 30 Echo Jades.
