Where to find Ion Sputter in Arc Raiders

The Ion Sputter is an Epic item in Arc Raiders that spawns randomly in certain Exodus areas on a map. The best way to find it is by exploring the new Stella Montis, where you have a higher chance of finding it. While you can’t craft anything directly from it, recycling the Ion Sputter provides two useful items. These items can help you upgrade your Workstation to progress further in the game.

You can find an Ion Sputter in the Assembly area of the Stella Montis map. The site is located to the north of the Medical Research building. This is an Exodus location where the item has a high chance to appear. Apart from this area, you can also check the Assembly Workshop building to find it located inside a container within the control room.

On the west side of the map, you're most likely to find the epic item in the Auditorium. Just check containers, breach lockers, and search desks to grab it. Additionally, there is a high chance that you may find it in the Business Center. Like most of the loot, finding this item depends mostly on your luck. If you’re fortunate, you can get it in a single raid.

What can you do with an Ion Sputter?

Since the item has no crafting value, you can recycle it to obtain 4× Voltage Converters and 1× Exodus Module. The Voltage Converter is a useful material that helps you to upgrade your Workstation, including the Gear Bench and Explosives Station, to level 3.
