Maintenance for the Genshin Impact Luna III update will begin on December 3, 2025, at 6 am (UTC +8) and will last for exactly five hours. The servers will go live again on December 3, 2025, at 11 am (UTC +8).
While maintenance will begin and end simultaneously across all servers, players might experience discrepancies in the exact timings depending on their time zones.

Once maintenance is over, players can log in to Genshin Impact to claim compensation worth 600 Primogems, which will be sent to their in-game mailboxes. Banners featuring the new 5-star Pyro unit Durin and Anemo Archon Venti will also be available for players to pull on once the Luna III update goes live.
