Chisa's banner is in the first phase of WuWa 2.8, so she will be released globally on November 20, 2025, at 11 am (UTC+8).

Listed below are all the 4-star characters who will be featured on Chisa's banner in version 2.8:

• Taoqi (4-star Havoc)
• Yuanwu (4-star Electro)
• Aalto (4-star Aero)

The 4-star lineup isn't that great, but getting extra copies and Afterglow Corals when pulling for Chisa or Phoebe isn't a bad deal.

Meanwhile, the following items will be available on Chisa's signature weapon banner in the Wuthering Waves 2.8 update:

• Kumokiri (5-star Broadblade)
• Helios Cleaver (4-star Broadblade)
• Commando of Conviction (4-star Sword)
• Fusion Accretion (4-star Rectifier)

Kumokiri is Chisa's signature weapon and is a solid Broadblade. It has a good Crit Rate second-stat bonus, and its passive increases the wielder's ATK, Resonance Liberation DMG, and All-Attribute DMG. The 4-star weapon lineup is also pretty good. All of them provide ATK boost from their second stat and passive effects.

Kuro Games has yet to reveal the events schedule for version 2.8, but based on the previous banner cycles, Chisa and her weapon's Convene Event are expected to be available until December 10, 2025. This should give players enough time to complete all the events and quests to farm Astrites and pull for the character and her weapon.
