Time until Buling releases in Wuthering Waves 2.8

Buling is an upcoming 4-star resonator who will become playable in the Wuthering Waves 2.8 update. She is one of the two new characters who are part of the ongoing patch, and she will be available in both of the upcoming banners, that of Phrolova and Cantarella, in Wuthering Waves. She is a 4-star Rectifier user and will become part of the standard pool, similar to other characters of her rarity.

The member of the Black Shores is set to become playable on December 11, at 10 AM server time in the game. Given that the timings for each region are different, here are the specific timings and countdown till she becomes playable with the upcoming phase 2 of version 2.8 of Wuthering Waves:

Asia and SEA (UTC + 8)

Here are the timings for her to become available for the Asian servers:

Wuthering Waves 2.8 Phase 2 banners

As Buling is a 4-star, she will be available in both the rerun banners, which include the 5-star Resonators Cantarella and Phrolova in Wuthering Waves. Here are the banners for the upcoming second phase of version 2.8:

Chixia (4-star)

Cantarella and Phrolova's weapons, the Whispers of Sirens and Lethean Elegy, will also be available as two separate weapon convenes or banners for a limited time. Besides these, several 4-star gacha weapons will also be available on a rate-up for a limited time with these weapon convene banners.

The second phase of the update will last till version 3.0 of Wuthering Waves rolls around. Once that does, the Black Shores member, Buling, will join the standard pool of characters, meaning you will be able to wish for her from the Standard Convene.
