Where Winds Meet offers stunning gameplay, where players must embark on a challenging journey through 10th-century Wuxia. Combat is a powerful gameplay mechanic, so it comes as no surprise that damage and loss of health go hand in hand. Naturally, gamers are looking for ways to heal and buff up their health.
As of the current gameplay, there is no way to self-heal in Where Winds Meet. You will need to head over to the Evercare Clinic located in Eastern Qinghe. Run by a friendly NPC, Yao Yaoyao, the clinic will be available to all players who have unlocked the Boundary Stone near the location.

Yao Yaoyao can fix a range of issues, from broken bones to ailments, for a hefty sum of 10,000 coins. Simply select the ailment or problem you wish to cure, and the NPC will diagnose and address it. The interaction menu will let you choose which problem you want to fix, allowing you to focus on critical issues first. Apart from fixing items, you can also upgrade your medicine chest at the clinic.

However, it is worth mentioning that some ailments and issues can be remedied by following certain actions, essentially acting as a method of self-healing. Issues such as a disturbed mental state can be fixed by standing in knee-deep water, while some additional ailments get cured under certain circumstances or by completing actions relevant to them.
Apart from using the Evercare Clinic and following certain methods, you can also rely on other healer-class characters or healing items to reduce damage and gain health. While they provide a minor increment in health, they will not fix major ailments. For this, you will need to head over to the clinic or get healed by a healer-class player on the map.
Since illnesses can have a range of negative effects and handicaps on gameplay, it is recommended to address them immediately. Head over to the Evercare Clinic and patch up those illnesses before you head out in search of all weapon martial arts.
