PMGC 2025 Group Stage: All 32 teams, dates, groups, and format

The Group Stage of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025 is scheduled from November 28 to December 4. In it, a total of 32 teams will battle for six spots in the Grand Finals. These include the bottom nine teams from the Gauntlet Stage and 23 teams from the regional tournaments.

Thailand is hosting the sixth edition of the PMGC 2025. The tournament's Gauntlet Stage was played from November 24 to 26, 2025, during which 16 teams participated in 18 matches for seven spots in the Grand Finals.

The 32 teams participating in this stage have been seeded into two groups. Each group will play 18 matches across three days. The top three teams from each group will move to the Grand Finals, while the fourth- to 11th-placed teams from each group will play in the Last Chance. The bottom five teams from each group will face elimination from the event.

DRX from South Korea had an average run in the Gauntlet Stage. The team finished eighth in the previous stage and missed its spot in the finale by a narrow margin. They will look to do better in Group Red.

Regnum Carya, the PMGO 2025 champion, was ninth in the Gauntlet Stage. Wolves faltered in the last six matches of the stage and ended up in 10th place, while India’s Orangutan ranked 11th after displaying mediocre performances. Virtus, EArena, GS, and Geekay also faltered in the Gauntlet Stage.

Defending champion Dplus from South Korea will start its PMGC 2025 campaign on November 28. The team has made it to the Group Stage from its regional event. Japan's Reject, China's Tianba and many other popular clubs will also be seen playing in the Group Stage.

True Rippers from India, led by Jelly, has secured a seat in the Group Stage after finishing second in the BGMI International Cup 2025. The squad has been seeded in Group Red.
