Subsequently, you can opt for one of the two DLC endings depending on the course of your actions. The only way you will get the bad ending is if the forged medical record is not done appropriately.

After waiting for Zacharias, choose the following prompt while talking to him:

  • Give the forged records. (if forged correctly) / Give the real records.

After waiting for Zacharias at the church, he will ask you for the medical record. If you give him a forged one that is not made correctly, he will laugh at you. After that, proceed in the same way as mentioned in the good-ending part and defeat Zacharias.

However, this time, he will break the antidote vial, which was supposed to save Albich. As a result, Albich will go blind and won't be able to save the sick people, and many will die.

When the final cutscene ends, talk to both Albich and Abbot. You can choose any of the options while talking to the former. While talking to Abbot, if you ask him what will happen to the monastery and say the relic will help, don't choose "It makes no difference now." It will result in Reputation loss.

After the conversations, exit the Sedletz monastery using the western gate. With this, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2's The Time Has Come quest and Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC are completed.

You can return to the Sedletz monastery whenever you want. However, be sure not to carry any stolen items, and give the guards 300 Groschens as a donation to enter.
