How to access the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

To access the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you must start a quest called The Royal Physician. However, it can be unlocked only after reaching the Kuttenberg region during the The Sword and the Quill main quest.

Note: The Royal Physician is playable from the second day of The Sword and the Quill quest.

To access the The Royal Physician quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and start the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC, head to the Suchdol fortress. It is located far left of Kuttenberg and to the southwest of Devil's Den.

Next, head inside the fortress to find Peter of Pisek walking around. Speak with him, and during the conversation, choose the following dialogue prompts:

I'd be glad to help.
I think I know who that is. (If you have a high Scholarship stat. Otherwise, choose "I haven't had the pleasure.)
That sounds serious.
Sounds like a good idea.

Afterwards, you can choose different dialogue options to learn more about the upcoming task. Lastly, select "Alright" to receive a letter from Peter of Pisek.

Find Albich of Uniczow

After the conversation with Peter of Pisek, fast-travel to Kuttenberg and go to the quest location with the blue marker on the map. Ensure it's during the daytime.

Next, get inside the building, talk to anyone, and ask them about Albich of Uniczow's whereabouts. You will learn that he's currently residing in a nearby building.

Following that, head inside the marked building from the south, go straight, open the door, and speak with the hired hand. Then, exit that room, head upstairs, and open the door on the south to find Albich of Uniczow.

After finding Albich in the room, select the "Talk" option to proceed. Next, you must choose the following prompts to gain reputation:

(Be quiet)
(Still silent)
Here's Pisek's letter.
Aren't you afraid to go alone?

Deal with the guards

While talking to guards, you can opt for multiple ways to progress further in the quest. If you have a high Intimidation, Impression, or Scholarship stat, choose any of the preferred options to deal with them. Otherwise, you can fight the guards to make them go away.

Use your fists to defeat the guards and talk to Albich. You will then be notified about entering the monastery of the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC.

Travel to Sedletz and speak with Father John

While talking to Albich, if you select "Let's go right away" and "Let's go then," you will reach the monastery at Sedletz and won't be able to access any other content from the rest of the world.

When the subsequent cutscene ends, choose these dialogue prompts during the conversation with Father John:

Does it look like the plague? → I'm sorry.
Who are the sick? → What's bothering you, Albich? (Choose "How could they all have got infected?" if you have a high Scholarship stat.)
Where could the plague come from here?
What now, Albich? → Alright.
