The Last Wish is a small task that you can do during your time in the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. It can be accessed after starting the Silent Witnesses quest, and its main objective is to deliver a monk's message to his friend, amidst the ongoing quarantine at the monastery.

The Last Wish task in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Mysteria Ecclesiae: Location

As mentioned earlier, The Last Wish task can only be accessed after starting the third main quest of the DLC, Silent Witnesses. You have to take the northeast pathway from the infirmary to find Monk Constantine sitting in the garden. The route to reach there is shown on the attached image.

Next, interact with the monk, and choose the following prompts:

• What are you doing here in the garden?
• Why are you here of all places?
• I'll help deliver your message.

After this, The Last Wish task will begin in Mysteria Ecclesiae.

Deliver a message from Monk Constantine

After talking to Monk Constantine and starting the The Last Wish task, your next objective is to deliver his message to Brother Athanasius.

However, since the monastery is currently in a quarantine state and is heavily guarded to prevent anyone from wandering around, you must carefully maneuver your way to Athanasius' location. He is currently situated in the dormitory above the monastery library.

To reach there, you must keep track of the guards' movement and methodically proceed without getting caught. If you get caught, however, talk to the guard and choose the prompt "Take me away" to return to the infirmary. Following that, you can try again to reach the objective location.

After reaching in front of the library door, take the stairs on its left to arrive at the dormitory. There, talk to Monk Athanasius, and you can then pursue two different paths. Here are the details:

If you choose "I'll try to persuade him"

Talk to Constantine and ask him to return (Image via Deep Silver)

You have to return to Monk Constantine's location in the garden carefully. Then, talk to him and select these prompts:

• Athanasius wants you to come back.
• Brother Athanasius is really worried. (if you have a high Persuasion stat) / I think you ought to stay here.

Out of all the options, only these two will work. Selecting the second and third prompts will result in Reputation loss.

Following the selection, The Last Wish task in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Mysteria Ecclesiae will come to an end.

If you opt for this choice while talking to Athanasius, he will respect Constantine's decision to stay in the garden. It will also mark the end of The Last Wish task.
