Is Durin's signature weapon, Athame Artis, worth pulling in Genshin Impact?

Athame Artis is a 5-star Sword and Durin's signature weapon in Genshin Impact. It is a pretty decent Sword that provides multiple bonuses, such as CRIT Rate, Elemental Burst DMG, and ATK buff for the active unit in the team. While it is the best weapon for Durin, whether or not it is worth pulling for him is another matter.

Is Athame Artis worth pulling in Genshin Impact?

Before discussing whether or not Durin's signature weapon, Athame Artist, is pulling, let's take a look at its stats and effects at level 90 R1 first:

• Base ATK: 608
• Second stat: 33.1% CRIT Rate
• Passive effect: CRIT DMG from Elemental Bursts is increased by 16%. When an Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blade of the Daylight Hours effect: ATK is increased by 20%. Nearby active party members other than the equipping character have their ATK increased by 16% for 3s. Additionally, when the party possesses Hexerei: Secret Rite effects, the effects of Blade of the Daylight Hours are increased by an additional 75%. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.

Overall, Durin's signature weapon provides a decent amount of CRIT Rate and Elemental Burst CRIT DMG bonuses to the wielder, and slightly buffs the active unit's ATK. Unfortunately, a part of the passive cannot be triggered if the Hexerei effect is not active, and that is a big loss. That said, Athame Artis is still a good weapon and is much better than all the other weapon options for him in the game.

The conclusion is that Durin's signature weapon is worth pulling in Genshin Impact. However, if you're going to spend Primogems or Intertwined Fates anyway, it'd be better to go for his Constellations since they provide better buffs.

Depending on Durin's active form, his C1 increases his or the party's damage based on his ATK. In addition, even if you lose 50-50 on the character banner, your next 5-star unit will at least be the featured one. This is also much less risky than pulling on the weapon banner, which follows the Fate Point system.
