With the addition of Itzaland in Infinity Nikki, a brand new Surprise-O-Matic is now available for players. Similar to Wishfield's Surprise-O-Matic, Itzaland's gacha machine also features a huge variety of 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star clothes that can be obtained at random.

The Itzaland Itzaland Surprise-O-Matic is located on Shell Island, which is in the southeastern area of Elderwood Forest. To get here, you must finish playing Itzaland Chapter 1, "A Place Blessed by the Mothershroom". At the end of this quest, Nikki will ride a boat to Shell Island, where the Surprise-O-Matic – as well as the Itzaland Stylist's Guild – is located.

After reaching Shell Island, you will find the Surprise-O-Matic to the southwest of the Itzaland Interim Stylist's Guild Warp Spire.
