When it comes to Mystic Arts in Where Winds Meet, Wolflike Frenzy is definitely among the best. Thankfully, it doesn’t require you to complete a quest like Meridian Touch. However, you do need to progress deep enough into the game to be in the Kaifeng region. If you’re looking for a powerful single-target skill that’s useful against cavalry enemies, this is the one you’re going to want to seek out.
It is a little out of the way, but many of the best things in Where Winds Meet require some traveling and exploration, and Wolflike Frenzy is no exception. If you want to add this powerful Mystic Art to your collection, here’s what you need to do.
Where to unlock Wolflike Frenzy in Where Winds Meet
Once you have access to Ghostlight Market in Where Winds Meet, you can unlock Wolflike Frenzy. That means you need to at least have been to the Kaifeng region, via the New Guest in Kaifeng quest. Once you’ve completed this quest, and entered the Ghostlight Market area via the Coffin in the Coffin Shop during the Zi Hour (Forsaken Quarter), you can make your way to the chest that hides Wolflike Frenzy.

From the Ghostlight Market Boundary Stone and run up the first set of steps directly ahead of you. When you reach the top of the stairs, look to your left, and begin climbing up the walls. You’ll find a cavern atop the wall that's brightly lit. This leads you to the Layered City Ruins section of the Kaifeng City Underground.
Just run to the end of this path, and you’ll find a golden treasure chest that contains the Wolflike Frenzy Mystic Art for you to immediately equip. Here’s what it does:

“Knock down an enemy, followed with rapid strikes, and finish with an upward swing that disables the target. Effective against Cavalry and other units with Unstable Poise.”
It’s a 30 Vitality ability with a 3 second cooldown timer, but it’s a solid combo/control ability with enough damage behind it to warrant using. If you’re looking for a new ability for your arsenal, we recommend Wolflike Frenzy.
